Style Matters provide bespoke upholstery, furniture, seating and interiors to residential and commercial clients. Based in rural Cheshire, the company had been experiencing sub-par connectivity as a result of utilising multiple residential-style internet connections installed by a previous supplier. Having joined Trusted IT as a managed service client, Style Matters asked us to deliver an improved solution to increase upload and download speed as well as providing bandwidth to support a growing user base, connect remote sites and ensure the functionality of a hosted telephone SIP solution to help reduce costs and facilitate more remote working.
We worked directly with Openreach over the course of several months to ensure that the solution specified and delivered provided the necessary speed and reliability.
Installation was carried out by Openreach, with Trusted IT acting as the liaison throughout. This commercial solution includes a range of reliability features including a 4-hour service level agreement on any downtime.
