Lead Technician Approach: We operate an LTA for our proactive IT support clients. In short, this means that throughout the contract, you will have a dedicated account technician with full knowledge of your site, IT set-up and a good understanding of your business. The lead technician will also share this knowledge with at least one other member of our team (the secondary technician) to ensure that someone at Trusted IT will always be able effectively deal with any queries, issues or emergencies you may encounter.

Remote Management and Monitoring System: Our remote management system is a preventative approach which monitors your IT on an on-going basis, measuring CPU usage, network uptime and other key metrics. This allows our technicians to identify potential issues early through both automatic warnings when normal levels are exceeded, and also through our regular manual checks.
