About
Trusted IT Company Profile
Trusted IT was initiated by one of the company Directors, Tim Adlington, and incorporated in 2003. After completing an Electronic Engineering honours degree at UWE, Tim spent six years working as a programmer for a software development company who specialised in scientific software on the Microsoft Windows platforms. With over 20 years IT experience, Tim has overseen the development of Trusted IT into the company it is now.
Trusted IT currently employs three full time engineers and one remote support engineer and despite the economic downturn we are still growing and intend to take on more staff in 2012. Trusted IT’s core business strategy is to offer a good service at a competitive price and let our work and reputation speak for itself. So far this strategy has worked extremely well.
Trusted IT is split into two divisions. The domestic side provides services for home users including computer repairs in our fully equipped workshop, advice and sales of new computers, and engineer home visits to set up broadband, rectify faults and new installations.
The business division provides focussed, expert support to small and medium businesses, specializing in Microsoft Small Business Server class networks. We provide a range of business class IT support from resolving business IT disasters, to ad-hoc support, to complete managed IT support solutions.
Building on the back of our sustained growth and reputation, and recognising our own growth needs, in early 2010 we invested heavily in IT management and monitoring software system that has enabled us to provide Pro-active IT support to businesses, which has already proved its worth for many customers. The Pro-active system means that we can support every aspect of a company’s IT infrastructure, right down to each user or desktop within the organisation.
