Trusted IT has been providing IT support to businesses customers (including start-ups and SMEs) since 2003, and our experienced in-house team is able to offer support on an ad-hoc or pro-active basis to businesses and organisations in a wide array of sectors. As a company, Trusted IT has grown through offering high-quality services at the best price, and making sensible, actionable and affordable recommendations to all our clients.

We are not in the business of recommending products which are not suited to our clients’ needs, nor do we oversell services which are not necessary. We let our work speak for itself, and our reputation as Trusted suppliers for some of the regions largest businesses is, we feel, a demonstration of our quality. In addition, we are approved by some of the industry’s most well known names, including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, ESET and Draytek, and adhere to industry best practice.

Client-Focussed IT Support

Our approach is to work in tandem with our commercial clients in order to ensure we provide the best IT solutions for them now, and that that as their business grows, their IT system will continue to be effective in the future. As part of this, we take the time to understand our clients’ businesses, their sector, and their ambitions for the future. We aim to be as effective, if not more effective, as an IT provider than any internal professional at a fraction of the cost.

Pro-Active Focus

We specialise in working with systems of between 5-100 stations, although larger and smaller numbers are well within our expertise. In 2010, we invested heavily in ensuring we could offer top of the range monitoring and pro-active support packages, as we feel this is a cost-effective and high-quality solution for many of our customers.

An Experienced, Growing Team

We have continued to grow steadily throughout the last several years, despite the recession, and have regularly added to our internal team. We have several expert hardware and software technicians, and our Managing Director, Tim Adlington, continues to be heavily involved at all stages of our business and enterprise offering. Business, Domestic and Retail Support

As well as our main focus of offering business and commercial IT solutions, we also operate a smal retail outlet and provide domestic IT services to customers in the High Peak area around Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Buxton, Chinley, Macclesfield, New Mills, Glossop, Hazel Grove and Stockport. In addition, we also offer computer repairs and virus removal.
