And if you've left it too late, and the proverbial has already hit the fan, let us be the 5th Emergency Service with Virus and Spyware Removals, Data Retrieval, Disaster Recovery and PC and Laptop Repairs.

Trusted IT aim to provide a cost-effective and appropriate solution to each IT problem, no matter how big or small.  We know that our continued success and growth depends on our ability to help our customers develop and maintain their systems in line with their personal or business needs,  and as most of our work comes through word -of-mouth recommendations, it's a reputation that we work hard to keep.

We provide the full spectrum of IT support, from bespoke business solutions to domestic PC repairs.  We also stock a full range of computing goods, from full systems at hard-to-beat prices to children's PC mice.  We stock many products that are available from our sister site at www.darkplanets.co.uk

Even if you don't have a computer we may be able to help you - we have High Speed Internet Access available in our shop and we also stock a wide range of products in store - there may be an ideal gift for someone you know.

If you cannot find the answers to any queries on this site, please feel free to contact us by email, telephone or by calling into our premises in Whaley Bridge.  We will always try to help.

Late Night Opening and Christmas Lights Switch On

If you are visiting Whaley for the Christmas Lights Switch On, then why not pop into Trusted IT for a home made mince pie or glass of wine?  The Switch On is always a fun family event - there aren't many places where Santa arrives by narrow boat, to the delight of the children (and adults!) waiting at the Canal Basin!  Father Christmas then works his way up to the Mechanics Institute, just opposite our shop, to take up his position in the Grotto.

Santa arrives at around 6pm, the lights are due to be switched on at 7pm and a variety of stalls and entertainment, including the Whaley Bridge Band will complement the local shops that will be staying open into the evening.  Trusted IT will be open until 8.30pm.

Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel in store

The Driving Force Pro wheel from Logitech has consistently been one of the best-selling steering wheels available for PC and PS2 gameplay.  It has not been available for sale in the UK for a short while, and is sold out elsewhere, but we have been able to source a number of these wheels from the Logitech distributor and are still offering them at prices below the RRP!

Utilising the best force feedback technology available, this wheel offers one of the most advanced, most authentic driving experiences in gaming.

Trusted IT opens its brand new shop on Market Street, Whaley Bridge

From our humble beginnings at Bridge Street, we have now relaunched at 18A Market Street, opposite the Mechanics Institute.

Our new premises have given us the ideal space to offer an even greater range of services, and put a wider range of our goods on display.   There's even enough room for us to be able to offer high speed internet access in store.

The shop has retained many of it's original fixtures and fittings, and therefore a lot of it's olde-worlde charm, despite it's now very contemporary purpose!  Why not come and see for yourself?

What Our Customers Say Minimize

start computing

Not knowing much about the internet I went down to my local computer shop where they ran me through all the available options and got me a very good broadband offer of £9.99 per month, I left my laptop with them for a couple of hours and when I returned they had set everything up even my wireless conection, this enabled me to click my icon and go. I would like to thank Tim for being patient and understanding of my needs.
